I am working as an art director for a small Ad/Marketing agency. Only problem is that I am the only artist currently on staff. Therefore, I dont have co-workers to feed off of. My hopes are that this site can act as a substitute for that, and improve my design skills.

I like the colors but what is the design on the blue under the black? Is it supposed to show a rip or just texture?
We like to call it "the Boost shmigeggy". Its suppoed to look like a sloppy paint job. the graphic comes from boost and we need to use it to maintain their identity.
