This design was based off of and idea I got from our new designer. It was made to loosely match the Sprit identity, but a little more fun and exciting.

I am working as an art director for a small Ad/Marketing agency. Only problem is that I am the only artist currently on staff. Therefore, I dont have co-workers to feed off of. My hopes are that this site can act as a substitute for that, and improve my design skills.

apart from the lady looking like an alien with the headset, is this for print or web? the text at an angle looks cool but makes it hard to read
The heading where it says "Poster" would indicate that this is for print.
