Critique it!
Each day I will post my design work for the day. YOUR JOB: Critique it! The object of this blog is for me to improve my body of work via feedback that I get from your critiques. Therefore, I request that you only leave feedback that has constructive criticism in it. Leaving posts that say "great job" and the like, serves no purpose other than to boost my ego.

Your idea would work, except I needed the RSVP info to stand out more, and I did not want to put it above the menorah because it looked too clutterd.
What color would you have picked for the background? (sorry, as a guy, its difficult for me to design for girls)
The warmth it conveys feels like you're being drawn-in to something really sweet and friendly. The background colour goes really, really well with the yellow/orange. It's not too dark, yet not too light of a background either, so the menorah can be seen from far away..and we know what the subject matter is (The menorah oicture happens to be gorgeous! Did you take it?) The TYA logo gets a tad lost in the menorah, but you do see it and realize they are the sponsors.
Overall, it's also just full-enoughttps://beta.blogger.com/captcha?type=IMAGE&captchaKey=1j5lui0fbk0huh without being too cluttered. Teens barely sit still, so this should probably be great in catching their attention quickly, yet drawing them in because it looks so inviting. Definitely something I'd attend once I'd seen this!
(I'm sorry, I don't know what that https://beta.blogger line is, nor how it got there).
flör - Thanks, nice to hear from you again, but your supposed to be insulting my stuff not complimenting it, remember ;)
Yeah that is my photo, of my menorah - I could not find any GOOD stock photos.
...and btw, Mazel Tov!
